CABINETRY/DESIGN

 

Design and renderings to provide you with a        guide to execute a kitchen or primary bath            project with your contractor.

 

This will include: 

 

  • Initial Consultation and Measure

  • 2D Floor Plans and Elevations  

  • Scale Drawings 

  • 3D Color Renderings for up to (2) versions  

  • Overall Budget Ranges (Cabinetry/HW + Labor & Material Estimates) 

  • Execution of Cabinetry Order 

  • Design Center Meetings to select Cabinetry and Hardware

  • Process and Execution of Cabinetry and Hardware Order

FULL SERVICE  

 

Design and execution of a project with guidance      from concept to completion.

         

This will include all aspects of the cabinetry/design    phase, plus: 

 

  • Material Selections for spaces within project scope  (Countertops, Fixtures, Tile, Lighting, Appliances, Paint) 

  • Detailed Spec Sheets for all related selections

  • Material Samples where available 

  • Access to industry vendors and discounts where available 

  • In construction guidance and site visits
